Eight ways to extend the service life of constant temperature and humidity test chamber

1. The ground around and at the bottom of the machine should be kept clean at all times, because the condenser will absorb fine dust on the heat sink;

2. The internal impurities (objects) of the machine should be removed before operation; the laboratory should be cleaned at least once a week;

3. When opening and closing the door or taking the test object from the box, the object must not be allowed to contact the door seal to prevent leakage of the equipment seal;

4. When taking the product after the test product time is reached, the product must be taken and placed in the shutdown state. After high temperature or low temperature, it is necessary to open the door at normal temperature to prevent hot air burns or frostbite.

5. The refrigeration system is the core of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber. It is necessary to check the copper tube for leakage every three months, and the functional joints and welding joints. If there is refrigerant leakage or hissing sound, you must contact Kewen Environmental Testing Equipment immediately for processing;

6. The condenser should be maintained regularly and kept clean. Dust sticking to the condenser will make the compressor's heat dissipation efficiency too low, causing the high-voltage switch to trip and produce false alarms. The condenser should be maintained regularly every month. Use a vacuum cleaner to remove the dust attached to the condenser heat dissipation mesh, or use a hard brush to brush it after turning on the machine, or use a high-pressure air nozzle to blow away the dust.

7. After each test, it is recommended to clean the test box with clean water or alcohol to keep the equipment clean; after the box is cleaned, the box should be dried to keep the box dry;

8. The circuit breaker and over-temperature protector provide safety protection for the test product and the operator of this machine, so please check them regularly; the circuit breaker check is to close the protection switch on the right side of the circuit breaker switch.

The over-temperature protector check is: set the over-temperature protection to 100℃, then set the temperature to 120℃ on the equipment controller, and whether the equipment alarms and shuts down when it reaches 100℃ after running and heating up.
