Although the rain test box has 9 waterproof levels, different rain test boxes are designed according to different IP waterproof levels. Because the rain test box is an instrument to test data accuracy, you must not be careless when doing maintenance and maintenance work, but be cautious.
The rain test chamber is generally analyzed from three perspectives: maintenance, cleaning, and installation environment. Here are some small details about the maintenance of the rain test chamber:
1. When the water is turbid, we should consider whether the filter element is black or other impurities are accumulated, resulting in unclear water quality. Open the filter and check it. If the above situation occurs, replace the filter element in time.
2. When there is no water in the water tank of the rain test box, do not start the machine to avoid dry burning. It should be filled with enough water before starting, and all accessories should be checked to be intact before starting.
3. The water in the rain test box should be replaced regularly. Generally, it is required to be replaced once a week. If it is not replaced for a long time, the water quality will have odor and affect the use experience.
4. It is also necessary to clean the inside and outside of the rain test box regularly, and use relevant cleaning tools to do a “general cleaning” of the rain test box. This cleaning task is generally completed by the manufacturer’s after-sales service.
5. If it is not used for a long time, keep the rain test box dry and disconnect all power supplies.
