Three aging test stages of UV aging test

UV aging test chamber is used to evaluate the aging rate of products and materials under ultraviolet rays. Sunlight aging is the main aging damage to materials used outdoors. For indoor materials, they will also be affected to a certain extent by sunlight aging or aging caused by ultraviolet rays in artificial light sources.

Three aging test stages of UV aging test

1. Light stage:
Simulate the daytime light length in the natural environment (usually between 0.35W/m2 and 1.35W/m2, and the sunlight intensity at noon in summer is about 0.55W/m2) and test temperature (50℃~85℃) to simulate various product usage environments and meet the testing requirements of different regions and industries.

2. Condensation stage:
To simulate the phenomenon of fogging on the sample surface at night, turn off the fluorescent UV lamp (dark state) during the condensation stage, only control the test temperature (40~60℃), and the sample surface humidity is 95~100%RH.

3. Spraying stage:
Simulate the raining process by continuously spraying water on the sample surface. Since the conditions of the Kewen artificial UV accelerated aging test chamber are much harsher than the natural environment, the aging damage that can only occur in the natural environment in a few years can be simulated and reproduced in a few days or weeks.
