It has a faster heating and cooling rate and can be customized according to customer requirements. It is widely used in aerospace, aviation, electronics, automobiles, optical communications, batteries and other industries to perform accelerated damp heat tests, alternating temperature tests and constant temperature tests on electronic and electrical products, materials, components, equipment, etc. It can also be used for high and low temperature routine tests and low temperature storage to evaluate the performance of the test product under given environmental conditions. During the use time, the high and low temperature rapid temperature change chamber sometimes has the problem of slow cooling.

1. Reasons for the use of temperature:
Whether in the quotation contract or delivery training, we will emphasize the use of the equipment in the ambient temperature. The equipment should work at a temperature of 25 ℃, the laboratory should be ventilated, and air circulation should be maintained. However, some customers may not care and place the equipment at an ambient temperature above 35 ℃. In addition, the laboratory is relatively closed. This situation will definitely lead to slow cooling, and long-term operation of the equipment at high temperature will cause aging and damage to the refrigeration system and electrical components.

 

2. Reasons for refrigerant:
The refrigerant will leak, and the refrigerant can be called the blood of the refrigeration system. If there is a leak in any part of the refrigeration system, the refrigerant will leak, and the cooling capacity will be reduced, which will naturally affect the slow cooling of the equipment.

 

3. Reasons for the refrigeration system:
The refrigeration system will be blocked. If the refrigeration system is blocked for a long time, the damage to the equipment is still great, and in severe cases, the compressor will be damaged.

 

4. The test product has a large load:
If the test product needs to be powered on for testing, generally speaking, as long as the heat generation of the test product is within 100W/300W (pre-ordering instructions), it will not have much impact on the temperature rapid change test chamber. If the heat generation is too large, the temperature in the chamber will drop slowly, and it will be difficult to reach the set temperature in a short time.

 

5. Severe dust accumulation on the equipment condenser:
Since the equipment has not been maintained for a long time, the equipment condenser has serious dust accumulation, which affects the cooling effect. Therefore, it is necessary to clean the equipment condenser regularly.

 

6. Reasons for high ambient temperature:
If the ambient temperature of the equipment is too high, such as in summer, the room temperature is around 36°C, and if there are other devices around to dissipate heat, the temperature may even exceed 36°C, which will cause the temperature to change rapidly and the heat dissipation of the test chamber to be slow. In this case, the main method is to lower the ambient temperature, such as using air conditioners in the laboratory. If the conditions in some laboratories are limited, the only way is to open the baffle of the equipment and use a fan to blow air to achieve the purpose of cooling.
