I-Semiconductor packaging ukuguga yokuqinisekisa ukuhlolwa-PCT high voltage isheshise igumbi lokuhlola ukuguga

Ukusebenza kwesisetshenziswa:

1. Ku-PCT eyenziwe ngezifiso i-SSD-specific high-voltage isheshisiweigumbi lokuhlola ukuguga, ukuhlolwa kokuguga, ukuhlolwa kwezinga lokushisa okungaguquki noma ukuhlolwa kwesiphambano sokushisa okuphezulu nokuphansi kungenziwa kanyekanye;
2. Izinga lokushisa lokuhlola lingafinyelela izinga lezimboni, nezinga lokushisa eliphakeme kakhulu lifinyelela ku-150℃ futhi eliphansi lifinyelele ku-minus 60℃, futhi uhlelo lokulungiswa kwezinga lokushisa luyazenzakalela;
3. Phakathi nenqubo yokushintsha izinga lokushisa, umhwamuko wamanzi nawo uzokwakhiwa, ongadala izimo zemvelo zokuhlola ezinzima.

 

Imiphumela enamandla:

1. Umkhiqizo ohloliwe ufakwa ngaphansi kwezinga lokushisa eliqinile, umswakama kanye nokucindezela, okuzosheshisa ukuhlolwa kokuguga futhi kufinyeze isikhathi sokuhlola impilo yomkhiqizo sisonke;
2. Ingakwazi ukubona ukuvalwa nokumelana nokucindezela kokupakishwa kwezingxenye ze-elekthronikhi zomkhiqizo, ukuze yahlulele ukuguquguquka kwemvelo kanye nokuguquguquka kwengcindezi yokusebenza komkhiqizo!
3. Isakhiwo sebhokisi langaphakathi elenziwe ngokwezifiso siqinisekisa ukuthi izinga lokushisa, umswakama kanye nokucindezela komkhiqizo kuyalingana ngesikhathi sokuhlolwa!
